Fully Automatic Oil Seal Spring Loading Machine with Oil Ejector
This machine is used to load springs for oil seals meanwhile
filling the oil.
Auto processing line includes auto feeding, locating, springs
loading, spring loading inspection, oil filling, auto offloading,
and auto separating good products from defective products.
Auto-finish all working processes with high efficiency to cut down
production costs.
Features:
- The vibrating tray vibrates the rubber parts to the appropriate
location.
- The machine adopts PLC+ industrial touchscreen control, simple
operation, and intuitive data, according to the requirements of
various non-standard customs.
- The air cylinder pushes the jig to combine the oil seal with the
spring at a breakneck speed;
- Automatically oil filling via high precision oil pump;
- Automatically detects spring loading via probe;
- For various shapes and sizes.;
